Head of Advertiser Success / Customer Success (ES) Full-Time Madrid, Remote 7+ yrs About Us iion is the leading global game advertising platform, reaching brands’ ideal customers across all gaming environments. We are ambitious trailblazers, aiming to be an indispensable element in brands' media strategy. We are a growing team of 50+ people, working primarily remote, being headquartered in Australia, consisting of teams working across APAC and Europe. About The Role We are looking to hire an experienced and dynamic Head of Advertiser Success within the game tech / programmatic advertising domain. In this role, you will build, coach and lead our team of Advertiser Success Leads, Campaign Managers and designers. The goal of this position is to ensure iion becomes and stays the preferred partner for all gaming activities for our agency and brand clients. The role will report into the Chief Commercial Officer. Role Responsibilities: Lead and Scale a Global Team : Build and lead a high-performing team of Advertiser Success Managers, Campaign Managers and Graphic Designers to ensure impactful campaigns that drive revenue and meet advertiser KPIs Client Relationship Management : Foster and maintain strong client partnerships, ensuring satisfaction, long-term relationships, and trust through consistent delivery and communication Data-Driven Insights : Provide actionable, data-driven insights to clients, to drive repeat business and growth Game Advertising Expertise : Serve as an expert on game advertising, and cultivate a data-focused approach within the team to craft compelling, performance-driven media proposals Client Onboarding & SOP Development : Lead product demo’s, client onboarding and implement standardized onboarding procedures (SOPs) to enhance the client experience Team Development & Culture : Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture by focusing on continuous learning, training, and development Thought Leadership & Innovation : Stay ahead of game industry trends and innovations, positioning yourself and the team as leaders in game advertising Role Requirements: 7+ years of programmatic advertising experience with proven commercial acumen Experience in building and leading a remote team in the programmatic advertising industry Hands-on experience with ad tech platforms (DSP) or programmatic service providers Proven track record in creating media proposals for agencies and growing client relationships Experience in game advertising will be highly regarded Thrives in fast-paced remote startup environments  Values we are looking for are agility, challenging the status quo, ownership and collaboration Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
