Restaurant Waiter/Waitress

The Banquets Waiter is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service during banquets, meetings, weddings, and special events, in line with Four Seasons standards of excellence. Accurately follow service sequences, timing, and presentation standards during plated, buffet, and cocktail-style events. Assist with plate service, food and beverage preparation, and tray service as required. One to two years of experience in banquets, events, or Food & Beverage service, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort environment. Solid knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including plated and buffet service. A polished and professional appearance aligned with luxury brand standards. Flexibility to work varying schedules, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays. Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage or Banquets service.
