This role sits within the Performance Business Unit and focuses on performance-driven creative strategy for paid media clients.Role: GAIN- Performance- Creative StrategistLocation: Spain. Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid - Based in BarcelonaThis is a leadership-level role where strategic thinking, creative instincts, and sharp analytical skills come together to shape high-performing ads. You will lead across the client portfolio, aligning creative output with business goals and platform best practices.Responsibilities Creative Strategy & Insight Leadership: conduct deep-dive creative analysis using metrics such as Conversion Rate, CTR, Hook Rate, Thumbstop Rate, and Hold Rate to identify patterns and opportunities; lead strategic direction of creative testing, iterations, and messaging across platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.); translate insights into clear briefs for design, UGC, and editing teams; oversee and improve the feedback loop between performance data and creative execution.Creative Testing & Optimization: design and oversee a structured creative testing roadmap; track and document all tests with clear visibility into results and iterations; create a virtuous cycle between strategy, execution, and data-driven learning; partner with media buyers to align testing priorities with performance goals and spend; identify fatigue early and recommend fresh angles or formats.Cross-Functional & Client Leadership: act as strategic partner to clients, lead client calls, creative reviews, and performance debriefs; collaborate with Paid Media Managers, Creative Leads, Designers, and
