Our objective is to create, deliver, and maintain insurance product management solutions, providing service propositions that enable agents, machines, or companies to create and sell insurance products in Europe in an automated, real‑time manner. What You Are Going To Do A DevOps Engineer with deep knowledge in cloud solutions, CI/CD pipelines, deployment‑as‑code, systems, networking, debugging, and observability, responsible for providing stable, secure, and resilient IT services to internal and external customers, offering support across the company. Operate and maintain the service to meet defined SLAs for the platform, including deployment, troubleshooting, debugging, fixing cloud infrastructure, systems issues, and performance improvements. Participate in a 24×7 on‑call rotation for Level 2/3 support. Stay passionate about technology, keep up‑to‑date with market trends and new technologies to drive innovation and improve current workflows, enhancing efficiency. Your Responsibilities Manage infrastructure on AWS as code, ensuring stable, fully operational, and secure IT services for internal and external customers. Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to deploy containerized workloads in a Kubernetes cluster. Share knowledge and provide support within the team, other business units, and the group. Execute release runbooks to promote changes across environments, especially production. Monitor and manage cloud costs to stay within budget. Ensure infrastructure security and compliance by design. Move tasks on the Kanban board to advance according to company strategy. Participate in on‑call duties to provide 24×7 Level 2 support for production workloads. Benefits Hybrid work model. Who You Are Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, IT, or related field. 5+ years of hands‑on experience in similar roles. Cloud certifications or equivalent knowledge. At least 5 years leading people/projects, managing cloud environments and Kubernetes projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
