Buscamos líderes experimentados para posiciones estratégicas que garanticen la calidad de nuestros servicios en este proceso de crecimiento Seguimos creciendo y queremos incorporar un/a Network & Security Engineer, un perfil técnico con experiencia en redes y seguridad, orientado a proyectos y con trato directo con cliente. Buscamos a alguien con base técnica sólida, ganas de seguir aprendiendo y de crecer dentro de una consultora en expansión. ¿Cuáles serán tus funciones? Liderazgo de proyectos de infraestructura, sistemas y ciberseguridad. Participación en el diseño de la solución. Ejecución de tareas de implantación. Delegación de tareas técnicas más simples a perfiles júnior y supervisión. Soporte técnico remoto N2-N3 de MSP y MSSP Resolución y escalado de incidencias técnicas. Participación en análisis de riesgos. Participación en incidentes de ciberseguridad. Participación en la mejora continua del servicio, procesos y buenas prácticas del equipo. Entornos y tecnologías en las que trabajarás Switches, Cabinas de Storage (QNAP, NETAPP, DELL, etc), soluciones de backup (Veeam Backup, etc) Entornos corporativos Windows, Azure, AWS, con gestión de accesos (AD, Entra-ID, GPOs, Sharepoint) Entornos virtualizados (VMware VCenter, Horizon, DEM, Flogix) Soluciones de Ciberseguridad (Firewalls, MFA, EDR, XDR, SIEM, etc) Requisitos 4-5 años de experiencia en proyectos IT de consultoría o integrador y/o en soporte N2-N3. Conocimientos en: Entornos Cloud (Azure y/o AWS). Virtualización (vCenter, Horizon, FSLogix, VMware DEM). Sistemas Microsoft: Windows Server, GPOs, Active Directory, Entra ID, Sharepoint. Fundamentos de redes y ciberseguridad (Firewall, MFA, XDR, EDR, Zero Trust). Buenas habilidades de comunicación y orientación a cliente. Capacidad de planificación y seguimiento de tareas Capacidad de delegación y supervisión de tareas a perfiles más júnior Capacidad de aprendizaje, actitud proactiva y motivación por seguir creciendo profesionalmente. Idiomas: español, catalán e inglés. Se valorará positivamente Formación en ASIR, Ciberseguridad, Telecomunicaciones o Informática. Certificación CCNA, CCNP u otras certificaciones en redes, sistemas y ciberseguridad ¿Qué ofrecemos? Un proyecto estable en consultora en crecimiento.
