Overview Senior Functional D365 CRM Consultant or Business Analyst | Long term 12 month contract + Extensions. We are supporting a live Microsoft Dynamics programme and are looking for a Senior Functional D365 CRM Consultant or Business Analyst to join the team on a contract basis , available ASAP .This role sits at the intersection of business, delivery, and technology, with a strong emphasis on requirements management and delivery via Azure DevOps .Responsibilities Act as a senior functional consultant or business analyst across D365 CRM CELead requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design with business stakeholdersTranslate business needs into clear user stories, features, and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOpsWork closely with developers and architects to ensure accurate functional deliverySupport backlog management, prioritisation, and sprint planningValidate solutions through UAT support and stakeholder sign offEnsure scope, dependencies, and changes are clearly tracked in Azure DevOpsRequired Experience Strong experience as a Functional D365 CRM CE Consultant and or Business AnalystProven background working on enterprise CRM implementations or transformationsHands on Azure DevOpsStrong stakeholder management skills across business and ITIdeal candidate will be on site once per weekIf you are interested please send your CV to #J-18808-Ljbffr
