Head of Marketing & Growth Buscamos un perfil B2C, apasionado por el marketing creativo y el branding, con una fuerte base en análisis de datos para una startup en fase seed que opera a ritmo intenso. Queremos a alguien con espíritu emprendedor, ambición e inteligencia, que tenga un verdadero sentido de ownership y sea capaz de liderar iniciativas disruptivas en marketing y crecimiento, combinando creatividad con rigor analítico. Nuestro cliente desea impactar en el mercado a través de una estrategia de marca sólida, campañas innovadoras, programas de referidos, eventos y marketing de producto orientado a canales móviles y web. Funciones Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de marketing y growth con foco en la construcción de marca y experiencia creativa B2C. Diseñar y liderar campañas de branding y performance marketing, integrando datos para optimizar presupuesto y resultados en canales digitales y mobile. Impulsar y escalar programas de referidos y comunidades, fomentando un engagement orgánico y emocional con la marca. Coordinar agencias externas creativas y de PR, asegurando la ejecución impecable y alineada con la visión de marca. Colaborar estrechamente con producto y tecnología para diseñar y optimizar el funnel de adquisición y engagement con enfoque creativo y basado en data. Implementar comunicaciones automatizadas y mobile-first que potencien la retención y el uso recurrente. Medir, analizar, testear y optimizar con foco en métricas clave como CAC, LTV y eficiencia de costos. Representar la marca y el área de marketing ante stakeholders e inversores, comunicando impacto y resultados con storytelling eficaz. Perfil Experiencia mínima de 5 años en Marketing o Growth en entornos B2C digitales de alto ritmo. Combina mentalidad creativa y de branding con sólidas habilidades operativas y analíticas. Gestión demostrada de programas de referral, performance marketing, funnels, CRM y métricas de negocio. Experiencia comprobada en startups, con capacidad para manejar incertidumbre, presión y recursos limitados. Energía, proactividad y ambición para escalar y hacer crecer la compañía. Comunicación fluida en español e inglés. Habilidades para liderar equipos, gestionar agencias y comunicar con impacto a la dirección y external stakeholders. Mentalidad emprendedora, con hambre de crecimiento y escalabilidad rápida. Otros detalles Ubicación: 100% presencial en oficina en Barcelona centro. Contrato indefinido.
