With a focus on providing an exceptional customer experience, LEVEL is committed to delivering top‑notch service and exceeding the expectations of their passengers.Job PurposeOperations efficiency analyst will be part of the operations team in charge of improving the efficiency of the systems and procedures.Main ResponsibilitiesRoute efficiency analysis (route planning considering fuel and fees)Fuel efficiency software implementation and trackingMaintain and develop dispatch software in line with team requirementsDevelop analytics and insights to improve efficiency / decision making within the operations areaEducationRelevant education will be considered.ExperienceAt least 4 years being part of an operations control center.Same software experience will be considered.CompetenciesFlexible, decisive, and rigorous.
