Our people are at the heart of our success.About the Role and Our TeamThe experienced and proactive Senior Indirect Tax Specialist will play a critical role in strengthening our global tax governance as the company expands and navigates increasing VAT, WHT, and other indirect tax requirements. You will help ensure compliance across our main markets and safeguard the company from financial and operational tax risks. You’ll be part of a high‑impact Tax team that collaborates closely with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and regional business partners to deliver accurate filings, strong controls, and scalable processes. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex cross‑border tax matters and contribute directly to the company’s growth and stability.ResponsibilitiesEnsure timely, accurate, and compliant VAT, WHT, and other indirect tax filings across multiple jurisdictions (Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, UK, Mexico and Brazil)Lead the company’s readiness and implementation for new regulatory frameworks, including Spain’s upcoming electronic invoicing mandate (2026), Brazil’s 2026 indirect tax system, and Mexico’s expected 2026 reformsStrong knowledge of VAT, WHT, and multi‑jurisdictional indirect tax compliance, particularly in SpainStrengthen and maintain internal tax controls, documentation standards, and process improvements to support scalable and efficient compliance operationsManage interactions with tax authorities, oversee indirect tax aspects of ongoing audits, and prepare responses that reduce risks and protect the businessManagement and oversight of tax and regulatory compliance in the group’s international subsidiaries, in coordination with external advisorsCollaborate with cross‑functional partners to evaluate tax implications of new business initiatives and support accurate financial reportingSuccessful Candidates Have2‑3 years of experience in indirect tax roles with expertise in VAT, WHT, and indirect tax compliance, including interpreting and applying complex regulationsProven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Operations to deliver scalable solutionsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts in a clear and business‑oriented mannerStrong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced and evolving regulatory environmentFull professional proficiency in Spanish, Catalan, and EnglishWork ModelThis role is ‑eligible and based near one of our office hubs.
