The Senior Security Advisor is a senior representative of International SOS with key stakeholders in the Spanish market, focusing on the commercial development of security services. Contribute to the vision and commercial strategy for the Spanish market, in cooperation with all stakeholders at the Madrid office (management team, security manager, Sales & Marketing team, assistance centre teams, head of the Spanish‑speaking desk). Leverage their network to maintain and develop high‑level relationships and collaboration with Security Directors of the 50 largest Spanish companies. Support the security agendas of all clients and prospects by providing professional advice on employee mobility security issues. Represent International SOS with major security organisations and associations. Strengthen International SOS’s visibility in the Thought Leadership space in Spain by participating in conferences and acting as a senior expert in the media as part of our public relations strategy. Build strong, long‑lasting peer‑to‑peer relationships with senior security directors in the Spanish market (clients and prospects). Explain and promote our Security solutions to senior‑level security and non‑security experts, in Spanish or English. Impeccable integrity and a positive contribution to the image and brand of International SOS. This role would suit an experienced Head of Security of a large Spanish company and/or a retired officer with experience in the military, international intelligence, or security operations.
