The perfect candidates will have extensive experience in front-end and back-end development, a passion for cutting-edge technology, and a proven ability to deliver large-scale web applications.In this role, they will work closely with cross-functional teams working remotely, helping to shape the technology vision and ensure the successful execution of UEFA's business strategy.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the technology vision with business strategy and user needs.Drive the adoption of best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability.Provide detailed estimates and create technical design documentation.Ensure compliance with development standards.Available to travel and work with the team on-site for a few days every three months.Qualifications:3+ years of development experience, with a proven track record in leading large-scale web projects.Front-End Development Qualifications:Experience with Tailwind CSS (used in Panenka).Familiarity with Rsbuild and Vite as bundlers.Proficiency in TypeScript and StencilJS for scalable front-end development.Back-End Development Qualifications:Knowledge in server-side programming, particularly in .NET and C# technologies.Other Qualifications:Experience in data-driven development, including analytics and A/B testing.Demonstrated experience in deploying and maintaining high-traffic websites in production environments.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.Problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.Fluency in spoken and written English.Mobility: yes but not often travelling.Timetable: 8h between 8-18h.Experience with sports-related web projects.Learn more about usAt Atos, we embrace diversity as the ultimate engine of ingenuity for our clients, and we constantly strive to create a culture where people feel supported and encouraged.
