Desde Hays, estamos colaborando con una de las principales organizaciones financieras a nivel mundial en la búsqueda de un/a DevSecOps Engineer para reforzar su hub tecnológico en Málaga, un entorno internacional y altamente innovador donde la tecnología y la inteligencia artificial juegan un papel clave en la estrategia de negocio.La persona seleccionada tendrá un rol estratégico en el despliegue, automatización y protección de todos los componentes técnicos que soportan el desarrollo AI Native, garantizando que la infraestructura y los pipelines de desarrollo sean seguros, escalables, resilientes y cumplan con los más altos estándares de calidad y compliance.Responsabilidades principalesDiseñar, construir y mantener pipelines CI/CD robustos, integrando herramientas y agentes basados en IA.Gestionar y evolucionar infraestructuras en entornos cloud, OpenShift y arquitecturas híbridas.Integrar prácticas de DevSecOps, asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad, gobierno del dato y observabilidad desde las primeras fases del desarrollo.Dar soporte al versionado, monitorización y despliegue de artefactos habilitados con capacidades de IA.Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de desarrollo, arquitectura y seguridad para garantizar entregas eficientes y seguras.Automatizar procesos operativos y de seguridad para mejorar la fiabilidad y escalabilidad de las plataformas.Participar en la definición de buenas prácticas y estándares técnicos dentro del ecosistema AI Native.RequisitosAl menos 3 años de experiencia profesional en roles de DevOps, gestión de infraestructuras o seguridad.Sólida experiencia en el diseño y mantenimiento de pipelines CI/CD y herramientas de automatización.Conocimiento profundo de plataformas cloud, contenedores y orquestadores (Kubernetes/OpenShift) en entornos híbridos.Experiencia trabajando con estándares de seguridad, marcos de gobierno y prácticas de observabilidad.Familiaridad con workflows y herramientas de desarrollo de IA será valorable, aunque no es imprescindible.Mentalidad proactiva, orientación a la calidad y capacidad para trabajar en entornos complejos y colaborativos.Qué se ofreceIncorporación a un proyecto tecnológico de alto impacto, vinculado a iniciativas punteras en IA e infraestructura avanzada.Entorno de trabajo internacional, colaborativo e innovador.Modalidad híbrida con base en Málaga.Salario abierto, en función de experiencia y expectativas.Contratación indefinida con HAYSRetribución flexible y beneficios competitivos.Oportunidades reales de crecimiento profesional y aprendizaje continuo en el ámbito DevSecOps y AI Native.
