This role goes beyond traditional graphic design — you’ll produce promotional materials, sales collateral, internal documentation templates, and engaging videos that tell our story and drive growth.Your role in BizAwayAs our Multimedia Designer, you’ll be a key creative driver bringing our brand to life. You’ll craft visuals, videos, and design systems that inspire, engage, and elevate our presence — both internally and externally. From developing promotional campaigns to equipping the sales team with impactful collateral, your work will directly shape how the world experiences our brand. You’ll lead the creative process, innovate boldly, and help ensure a cohesive and enduring brand identity as we grow.You’ll mainly focus on:Promotional & Marketing MaterialsDesign social media graphics, online ads, email visuals, and blog illustrations.Create print assets such as brochures, flyers, and event materials.Develop visual content for campaigns, product launches, and events.Sales EnablementDesign pitch decks, case studies, and one‑pagers for the sales team.Produce product datasheets, presentations, and proposal templates.Collaborate with sales to ensure visuals communicate value clearly and persuasively.Video & Motion DesignCreate short videos for product demos, explainers, social media, and events.Add motion graphics/animations to enhance marketing and sales content.Internal DocumentationDesign branded templates for reports, internal guides, and onboarding materials.Ensure internal communication materials reflect the company’s identity.Build reusable design systems to streamline recurring documentation needs.Brand & ConsistencyMaintain and evolve the company’s brand guidelines.Ensure consistency across all visual and multimedia content.Act as a design partner for marketing, sales, and operations teams.Your basic qualifications5+ years of experience, ideally in B2B or SaaS.Must have skills and qualifications: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects.UI/UX knowledge.Strong understanding of Marketing, Brand, and Sales.Excellent communication and storytelling skills.Organized, strategic, and creative thinker.A team player who thrives in fast‑moving environments.We are also interested inHaving worked in start‑ups and scale‑ups is a big plus.Experience in B2B Marketing and SaaS is a big plus.Our offer✈️ A seat on a scale‑up with skyrocketing growthAttractive compensation, including equity in the companyDevelopment of your entrepreneurial spirit, having the chance to implement real‑impact business decisionsMulticultural and international teamCollaborative and smart environment to work and learnFree coffee to kick‑start your day and free beers to celebrate togetherHybrid working policy, and great offices in EuropeBizAway avoids any discrimination based on age, gender, sexual orientation, health status, nationality, political opinions, and religious beliefs in all decisions affecting personnel selection.#J-18808-Ljbffr
