THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE As a Senior Data Analyst you will combine deep analytical skills with strong data engineering capabilities to deliver reliable insights, scalable data pipelines, and high-quality datasets for decision-making and AI initiatives. As a senior IC, you will own complex data problems end-to-end-from understanding business questions to architecting data solutions and delivering actionable recommendations. Key Responsibilities - Design, build, and optimize data pipelines (batch and streaming) to support analytics and AI workloads. - Develop robust data models and analytical layers that improve data discoverability and reusability. - Lead complex analyses and generate insights that influence strategy, product decisions, and operational improvements. - Partner with engineering, product, and AI teams to ensure complete, high-quality datasets for model development and monitoring. - Establish data quality frameworks, metadata standards, and pipelines observability practices. - Automate reporting, dashboards, and analytical workflows to increase speed and self-service. - Mentor peers in analytical methods, SQL/Python best practices, and data engineering patterns (without people management). (Required). - Strong experience with ETL/ELT frameworks (Airflow, dbt, Data Factory, etc.). (Required). - Practical experience with cloud data ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP). (Required). - Expertise in designing scalable data models (dimensional, lakehouse, MPP systems). (Required). - Strong statistical reasoning and proficiency with analytical tools (Pandas, Spark, BI platforms). (Required). - Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches. (Required). - Experience supporting ML/LLM pipelines or ML Ops. (Preferred). - Knowledge of financial services data, regulatory constraints, or risk frameworks. (Preferred). - Familiarity with modern data cataloging and governance tooling. (Preferred).
