At ING we are looking for an IT Contract Management Expert Your role and work environment: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic IT Contract Management Expert to join our IT Strategic Sourcing Team of Gvernance and Operational Excellence CoE. The responsibility of this team is to ensure effective management of all the contractual lifecycle stages with suppliers, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and service quality, supporting the business experts and other support teams. ¿Tiene su CV preparado? Si es así y confía en que este es el puesto ideal para usted, asegúrese de enviar su solicitud lo antes posible.Your key responsibilities: As an IT Contract Management Expert you will: Positively contribute to the maintenance of an optimal and trusting environment with internal stakeholders and third parties Ensure the continuity of IT outsourced processes in accordance with legal, business, financial and CX requirements. Contract Lifecycle Management expertise: Assure registration, tracking, and updating of contracts in internal tools. Execution of renewals, renegotiations, terminations, and exit plans. Risk Assessment and Compliance activities: Support and guidance in the execution of risk profiling and assessments Periodic regulatory controls and audit reviews. Supplier Relationship Management skills: Direct communication for clause negotiation and amicable resolution of non-compliance. Ensure strong and healthy relationships with suppliers. End-to-end Business Support: Support and guidance through the whole provider's journey Support and challenge in defining technical and operational specifications. Support to business in the definition of SLAs and associated penalties. Regulatory Documentation management: Provides support on preparation and archiving contractual documentation in line with policies and regulatory requirements. Enabling Service Quality Monitoring self-monitoring: Enable tools and processes to monitor service quality KPIs (SLAs, KRIs, OCDs). Identify inefficiencies and contract overlaps. Allowing reporting activities: Periodic reporting on KPIs, KRIs, SLAs, and OCDs. What are we looking for? Want to know if this job is made for you?
