For our specialized team, we are looking for a Senior .NET Engineer , with the possibility of working hybrid, from Madrid, to work with one of our major clients, a world leader in its sector. Work location : Madrid Work mode: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) Timetable: M-F from 09:00 to 18:00 Key Responsibilities: • Design and Development: Leading the design and development of software solutions, including web applications, programs, and applications that execute within the .NET framework. • Technical Guidance: Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members. • Architecting and Optimization: Architecting scalable and efficient applications, along with performance optimization and code refactoring. • Code Review and Quality: Ensuring code quality through code reviews and adhering to best practices. • Problem Solving: Troubleshooting complex technical issues and collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements. • System Analysis: Analyzing system requirements, prioritizing tasks, and developing technical specifications and architecture. • Testing and Deployment: Testing and debugging .NET applications, deploying functional applications, and upgrading existing programs. • Project Management: Managing the entire project from design to software testing, including project management aspects. • Continuous Learning: Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices. Skills and Qualifications: • Deep Knowledge of .NET Framework: A strong understanding of .NET frameworks, including C#, ASP.NET, and SQL. • Software Development Experience: Several years of experience in software development and proficiency in related technologies. • Programming Languages: Expertise in C# and other .NET programming languages. • Database Management: Experience with databases and database design. • Technical Leadership: Ability to lead and guide junior developers. • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
