SAP SF Time Tracking Consultant (Remote) Müller's Solutions is a leading provider of SAP consulting services, focused on delivering innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and business performance. We are currently seeking a talented SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Time Tracking Consultant to join our remote team.In this role, you will play a crucial role in assisting organizations with the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking functionalities. You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, configure the system, and ensure a seamless integration with existing HR processes.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to understand their time tracking needs and objectivesConfigure SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking solutions to meet business requirementsConduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure effective system utilizationAssist in system testing, validation, and implementation of time tracking functionalitiesProvide ongoing support and troubleshooting for time tracking-related issuesStay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and best practices to provide informed recommendationsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum of 4 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in Time Tracking/Time Management modulesSolid understanding of HR processes and time tracking functionalities within SAP SFExperience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specificationsStrong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide solutions to client challengesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to stakeholdersAbility to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team membersRelevant SAP certifications, particularly in SuccessFactors, are a plusUp-to-date knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors trends and updatesBenefits:Why Join Us:Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team.Competitive salary and benefits package.Exciting projects and innovative work environment.Müller's Solutions is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.#J-18808-Ljbffr
