In this role, you'll help shape how the world sees and experiences our brand by working on high-impact projects that blend data, creativity, and strategic thinking.From day one, you'll partner closely with Brand, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders—including senior leaders—to uncover insights, guide brand strategy, and ensure consistency and effectiveness across all touchpoints. Whether you're analyzing campaign performance, identifying audience trends, or supporting the development of our brand narrative, your work will be critical to strengthening Jobandtalent's presence in the market and driving brand-led growth.This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, mission-driven company where your analytical skills will directly influence how we communicate our vision and connect with millions of workers and businesses around the world.What You’ll Be DoingCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deeply understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvementPerform in-depth data analysis to uncover operational inefficiencies and highlight areas for optimizationBuild, manage, and analyze large datasets using tools such as SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets, transforming data into clear, actionable insightsDevelop and present strategic recommendations that enhance business performance and drive sustainable growthWork directly with company founders and senior leadership on high-impact projects, gaining exposure to key business decisions and initiativesWho We’re Looking For:A high-performing individual with a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a closely related fieldMinimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with SQL, including data extraction, transformation, and analysisAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization toolsExcellent communication skills, with full professional fluency in English (C1 level or above)Experience in business consulting will be highly valued (Deloitte, MS, EY..etc)Don’t Miss Out If you’re still completing your studies, we’re open to having you join us part-time.
