Empresa del sector industrial, ubicada en la Vall d’Albaida, busca incorporar un/a Adjunto/a a Dirección General para apoyar al CEO en la gestión de la compañía y participar activamente en la toma de decisiones estratégicas. El puesto está orientado a un/a profesional con visión global del negocio, capacidad de análisis y liderazgo, que pueda asumir progresivamente funciones de gerencia, gestionando equipos y coordinando las distintas áreas de la organización. Principales responsabilidades Apoyar directamente al CEO en la gestión diaria y en la toma de decisiones estratégicas. Supervisar y coordinar las áreas clave de la empresa: producción, administración, atención al cliente, marketing, compras, calidad y logística . Acompañar la implantación de metodologías LEAN y KPIs , trabajando junto al área de mejora continua y al director de producción. Colaborar en la gestión de relaciones con el mercado internacional. Apoyar la Dirección en temas financieros , presupuestarios y de control de gestión. Análisis del margen bruto y gastos. Así como desviaciones de presupuestos anuales. Representar a Dirección en reuniones internas y externas, y servir como enlace con el comité de empresa cuando sea necesario. Gestionar y coordinar la comunicación entre los distintos equipos. Formación universitaria en Administración y Dirección de Empresas o similar. Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones de gestión o dirección , preferiblemente en empresas industriales o familiares en proceso de crecimiento. Valorable experiencia en entornos industriales con producción externa. Nivel avanzado en inglés . Capacidad de comunicación y don de gentes .
