Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR stakeholders, the role contributes to the design and delivery of best-in-class recruitment processes, while enhancing Global Blue’s employer brand in competitive technology markets. You will make a difference here if: Lead full-cycle recruitment for tech and product roles Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs to define hiring needs Develop sourcing strategies to attract top and passive talent Champion employer branding initiatives for tech audiences Deliver market insights and recruitment analytics Ensure a world-class candidate experience Optimise recruitment processes and tools Build talent pipelines for future workforce planning Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies Key competencies to empower your journey.
