Successfactors Advisor

Join Plexus Tech. We are looking for a Successfactors Consultant with at least 5 years of experience to join an expert team in the area.

REQUISITOS:

• High level of English
• Availability to travel to Germany
• Proven experience of at least one full cycle Employee Central Successfactors project
• Proven experience in platform and Employee Central implementation with personnel administration, business rules, organizational structure, position management, etc.
• Participation in Successfactors roll out projects
• Experience integrating Employee Central with other Successfactors modules
• Advanced knowledge of Time off
• Accustomed to requirements gathering, design development, scenario and test case preparation
• Certified in Employee Central
• Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills at functional and technical levels
• Teamwork, leadership, customer focus, results orientation and commitment
