Mucha suerte Role At the moment we are looking for a senior backend developer with solid knowledge of Java. We need a candidate with experience in complex architectural projects and managing large data repositories. Responsibilities Inspire, motivate, and lead senior and junior developers. Work closely with our design team and clients to deliver beautiful, thoughtful, and effective work that has a real impact on our clients' businesses. Develop and evolve the projects of our clients. Propose and follow high-quality development practices. Prioritize tasks of code improvement and execute accord the whole team. Bring your ideas and knowledge to make us even better. Qualifications At least 5+ Years of experience in software development with Java. Knowledge of the Spring Boot framework. Passion for software engineering and craftsman-like coding prowess. Extensive knowledge of object-oriented programming, algorithms, and software architecture. Back-end: significant experience with Java and knowledge of its strengths and weaknesses. Experience exposing APIs. Databases: a solid understanding of SQL and good working knowledge of PostgreSQL and more unconventional databases (Redis, MongoDB). Solid knowledge of Git, Linux environments, and the command line. Benefits Competitive salary: Senior (35-45K), Tech Lead (45-55K). Extra bonus 12% of your salary, depending on your performance. 1000€/year to spend on education. Flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home. 300€ to improve your setup at home.
