We’re looking for a Commercial Services Manager to play a key role in the success of our Workplace Services organization. In this pivotal position, you’ll take full end‑to‑end responsibility for financial operations – from pricing and forecasting to billing and performance analysis – ensuring that our IT services deliver exceptional value to both internal and external customers. What You Do Managing and coordinating financial processes such as pricing, planning, forecasting and charging. Controlling actuals vs. plan figures, analyzing deviations and their drivers, and recommending and executing measures to ensure plan achievement. Ensuring quality control over financial reporting and service‑related transactions – billing accuracy of both service provider costs and own AZ Technology invoices toward the Operating Entities; supporting procurement and ordering processes. What You Bring Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics. Around 3 years of experience in controlling or other commercial areas (procurement, finance, pricing) in a mid‑level role. High flexibility, quick perception, team skills, reliability, resilience and organizational talent. Self‑starter and self‑motivated personality, disciplined, performance‑driven and passionate about building transforming businesses. Vast knowledge of planning and economics, controlling and financial management. IT knowledge is a plus but not a must. Fluent (proficient level) in spoken and written English. Advanced computer skills – Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel); SAP and ServiceNow knowledge is a plus. Strong organizational, planning and time‑management skills. Excellent communication skills, problem‑solving ability, team player.
