Collaboration Applications Manager (full time or part time) Join Trimble Inc. as a Collaboration Applications Manager, a role focused on owning our digital workspace (Notion) to ensure secure, organized, and user-friendly collaboration tools across the organization. Job Purpose Own and maintain the company’s internal collaboration platform, champion a connected culture, and provide proactive support to colleagues of all levels. Main Tasks Act as the primary support contact for all Notion users, answering questions and troubleshooting issues. Proactively reach out to teams and individuals to gather feedback, understand needs, and drive continuous improvement. Administer platform access, organize permissions, and maintain data security (training provided). Archive old content, migrate data, and create clear, helpful instructions for the team. Maintain a relationship with Notion to learn about new features and train the team on results. Requirements Fluent in English and a natural communicator, comfortable reaching out across the company. Some experience coordinating an intranet, wiki, or shared documentation (university experience acceptable). Tech‑savvy and open to learning new tools; training provided. Proactive and team‑player, thrives in a multicultural environment. Entry‑level friendly; no prior managerial expertise required.
