Bid Support Admin role at TD SYNNEX SpainWe are looking for a Bid Support Administrator accountable for UAN (vendor special prices) creation in our system based on the documentation received from the vendors. This role is essential to make these special conditions visible to our sales force and customers in Intouch, ensuring daily department SLAs are met and maintaining quality to avoid profit loss.Job PurposeAccountable for UAN creation.ResponsibilitiesUAN creation in our system (65%)Review documentation from vendor before executing UAN creation (30%)Basic data base maintenance (5%)Knowledge, Skills And ExperiencePossesses basic data entry skills.Can perform basic mathematical calculations.Attentive to detail with accuracy and efficiency.Communicates clearly and conveys necessary information.Can converse and write effectively in English and Spanish.EEO StatementAt TD SYNNEX, we embrace diversity and promote equal opportunities.
