Our main goal is to make them proud to belong to Teleperformance through job satisfaction and a great work environment.Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees in 10 sites, is looking for a Customer Service Representative with French.ResponsibilitiesEngage in superior customer service by making information readily availableDemonstrate products and services as deemed necessary by clients and managementMake product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resourcesFind ways to sell products in the face of a down marketResearch client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordinglyCreate a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guaranteesAnalyze and creates a plan for engaging the target marketMake product appeal to the target marketTrain other sales people in the art of sellingDemonstrate superior time management skills and meets sales deadlinesRequirementsKey CompetenciesAttention to detailAbility to gain immediate credibility and trustExceptional communication skillsPC and system literateCandidate ProfileConfident and enthusiasticThe ability to work well as part of a team as well as independentlyNative French speaker and advanced level of EnglishFirst class written, verbal and interpersonal skillsWell organized, reliable and thoroughBenefits38.5h/week, from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 18:00Salary: 18,953.85€ gross/year + 1,800€ gross/year in performance bonusesReferral Program: Bring a Friend and get a Referral fee (up to 2,000€ depending on the language/project)Excellent work environment, great colleagues, social arrangements and personal developmentInternational business casual environmentFull time role – Monday to FridayTemporary ContractCompetitive Benefits package#J-18808-Ljbffr
