Identify and communicate risksHelp client understand the implementation methodology: what are we implementing, when and how (phases and deliverables).Onboard Business As Usual operational team in the projectPrepare Payroll Calendar and Trusted Source ListProvide needed accesses to client and Operations team membersImplement Local Service delivery tools (case management tool, call centre, SLA reporting tool, etc.)Coordinate and lead client and BAU Operations trainings to ensure readiness for go liveCoordinate and lead testing phases to ensure all in scope systems are working and integrated as expected and configured according to the specifications agreed in the contract.Direct and plan the work, objectives, and resource models for transition to operations activitiesIdentify and communicate project risks.Escalation point Monitor delivery of the transition within agreed scope, quality, time, and budgetPrepare and conduct hyper care periodMain goal Successful transition from Project to BAU services for client and Operations teams.Requirements At least 3 years in HR / Payroll outsourcing - implementing or operatingFluent English, and Dutch or German requiredAnticipate Customer Needs We stay ahead of trends so our customers can grow and succeed.Own the Outcome We take responsibility for delivering excellence and ensuring things get done right.Challenge Ourselves to Work Smarter We move faster than the world around us to drive change and accomplish more.Empower Each Other to Solve Problems We tackle challenges head on, ask tough questions, and collaborate to find the best solutions.Care About Our Work We understand that what we do impacts millions, and we have a responsibility to get it right.Benefits At Strada, we support your whole self—offering a range of benefits for your health, wellbeing, finances, and future.
