In this role, you will maintain the integrity of our tracking tools and drive efficiency across our international markets. Key learning areas for the role: Provide excellent customer experience to each of our patients. Form a good relationship with our customers and keep them excited about their journey to a perfect smile. Provide customer support via calls (video and audio), emails, sms or WhatsApp and live chat. Make calls, book and confirm appointments, and follow up with patients. Explain our product, and guide customers through the process & timelines, as well as explain requirements and help them complete documentation where necessary. Recognize and proactively report trends and potential weaknesses and help improve our products & processes. Work with your teammates to create a positive, high-energy atmosphere. Who You Are: Data-Driven: You have knowlenge on how working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and handling large datasets. Structured: You are organized, detail-oriented, and love bringing order to complex situations. Communicator: You have at least a professional level in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Any other language (Italian, German etc...) will be considered a plus Bonus Points: Experience with Airtable, Power Query, or Looker Studio.
