You will contribute with deep crop and product knowledge with a sharp understanding of local market dynamics, ensuring our solutions deliver real commercial value within the Crop Protection segment. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind creating demand, promoting sales, and guiding customers toward the optimal use of our portfolio. Your focus is on farmers: listening to their needs, anticipating market trends, and translating strategy into action. Before engaging with customers, you’ll master the defined product strategy, equipping yourself to provide confidence and clarity. This approach builds trust, enhances customer satisfaction, and empowers them to embrace our products without hesitation. Location: Within the Andalucía Occidental and Extremadura region Your Profile Education in Agronomy or related. MSc or/and PhD will be a plus. At least 3 years of experience with demo trials for crop protection and demand generation. Strong technical knowledge about pests and crops. Fluent written and spoken English. Effective use of computers and MS Office. Excellent interpersonal skills. Effective public speaking skills. Engage the audience in commercial/technical presentations. Results and business oriented. Problem solving and adaptability. Great analysis ability. Good team worker demonstrating loyalty and commitment to the organization and team members.
