Role is open for a Risk and Controls Senior Analyst within International Health Technology. This is a critical role as the Technology Risk and Control team look to strengthen its support for the Technology teams across Europe, North America, Middle East, and Asia. The Technology Risk and Control Senior Analyst core activities consist of: Risk Control & Mitigation: Identification of required technology controls and assessment of effectiveness with technology partners, including documentation of test procedures, results, impact analysis for any exceptions and communication of issues to the relevant control owners. Innovate and enhance the effectiveness of the Technology Internal Controls programme by replicating and expanding controls to other regions in International Health. Assess and challenge technology risk response strategies from risk and control owners and follow-up on completion of actions. Technology Risk Management framework and processes: Providing support to the monthly Technology Risk Forum, including reporting, collation of management information, and relevant escalations to second and third lines of defence Regular maintenance of the Technology Risk Register and Audit Findings tracker, including periodic follow-up and setting-up alerts for actions near due date Tracking external and internal audit requirements, coordinating with internal stakeholders to provide timely responses Documentation of risk and finding closures, including collection of evidence Relationship building of Technology Risk & Control across the International Health Technology function covering all regions and global services: Work with stakeholders to undertake risk assessment activity including identification, management and reporting of risks, issues, incidents, and controls Assist stakeholders with root cause analysis activities Support stakeholders in regular audit and assurance testing Key skills - essential to have: Establishment and Management of Technology / IT Controls Framework Experience Minimum 3 years' experience in Technology / IT risk management or IT external / internal audit Professional Skepticism and ability to challenge evidence and management attestations Effective communication and presentation skills Strong technical skills: Excel, ppt, SharePoint / SharePoint online Proficient in English About Cigna Healthcare Cigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, is an advocate for better health through every stage of life.
