URGENT HIRING
This position is project based and will report to the Project Foreman and Carmona Admin Supervisor.
Details of the Project:
LOCATION: MASBATE / BENGUET
EXPECTED DATE TO START: SEPTEMBER 2024
PERKS: FREE MEALS + ACCOMMODATION FOR NON-LOCALS
ESTIMATED DURATION: 2-3 months
SALARY: P600.00/8 HRS; P975.00/12 hours
WORKING HOURS: 12 HOURS PER DAY
Skills/Qualifications needed:

Graduate of at least 4-year course.
Must be knowledgeable in MS Office.
Honest & trustworthy.
Must be flexible, initiative, and resourceful.
Willing to travel and be assigned in remote areas.
Experience in HR functions is an advantage

JOB DESCRIPTION
Admin Functions:

Provide administrative support to project supervisors and Carmona office
Schedule/attend/conduct internal/external/client meetings
Purchase items & supplies needed for admin and operation requirements
Arrange and process crew's travel request and necessary documentations
Handle/liquidate/replenish Petty cash/Project fund (PCF) and bank errands
Supervise house helpers, handle, facilitate, and maintain overall order in the project office and staff house.

HR Functions:

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Onboard new employees by coordinating orientation sessions and processing pre-employment requirements
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops for project team members
Track employee training records and ensure compliance with certification requirements
Communicate policy updates and changes to employees as mandated by Management
Prepare regular reports such as payroll attendance, manpower report, and other required HR reports within project assignment.

Other Related Functions:

Make expense reports and submit them to Finance
Assist in inventory counts and ISO/client audits

Job Type: TemporaryContract length: 2-4 months
Pay: Php975.00 per day
