Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to join our dynamic team in a S/4HANA Project. As a key member you will lead and oversee the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and migrations Lead cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to go-live and post-implementation support Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with business objectives Oversee the configuration and customization of SAP S/4HANA modules to meet client needs Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and conduct regular meetings with team members and stakeholders Ensure compliance with quality standards, best practices, and SAP methodologies Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 20+ years of experience in SAP Minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP project management, with a focus on S/4HANA implementations In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules, business processes, and industry best practices Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and resources effectively Experience in risk management, change management, and quality assurance Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required SAP S/4HANA certification preferred Demonstrated track record of successful SAP S/4HANA implementations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities Fluency in English is required Additional Information At Fusion, we unite entrepreneurial minds from around the globe to develop and implement game-changing solutions that build lasting relationships with our clients.
