Job descriptionJob description: No deje pasar esta oportunidad அனை.. inscríbase rápidamente si su experiencia y habilidadestegren con lo que se indica en la siguiente descripción.ResponsibilitiesDraft, review and negotiate various legal documents, contracts and agreements for all kinds of business operation, such as NDA, sales contract (including but not limited to dealer agreement and after‑sales agreement), purchase agreement, cooperation agreement, memorandum; maintain and update contract templates/precedents from time to time to improve the contract management process constantly.उपस्थित _allow participate in the qualification review of potential business partner(s), including but not limited to the qualification of dealer, compliance review and etc.Legal support on the regulatory compliance issues, such as trade compliance, date protection, merger filing, international sanction, anti‑bribery and etc.Human resource related legal support, including but not limited to deal with dispute with employee(s), provide opinion on labor law.Select, manages and supervises external lawyers, ensures high quality of external legalła support in an effective and efficient manner (including cost‑efficiency).Perform legal analysis and provide legal advice on dispute resolution and/or quality claims etc.Work closely with the operation/project team to proactively support a wide range of transactions.Other legal responsibilities as assigned.RequirementsLLB orukuum LLM from a reputable international law school or equivalent.Admission to Local market or equivalent will be a plus.Excellent oral/written English and Spanish skills.الثاني3-7 years post qualification experience in corporate general and dispute resolution, preferably working experience in MNC from manufacturing industry or automotive industry.Demonstrated excellent legal knowledge and business understanding for detailed and results orientated solutions, and strong communication & negotiation skills with clients, colleagues, and government officials.Mature personality parâmetros proactive attitude, high integrity and self‑motivation, and ability to work and judge efficiently and autonomously under pressure.#J-18808-Ljbffr
