By joining us, you'll contribute to a dynamic environment that celebrates storytelling and strategic deal-making.Key job responsibilities•Negotiate comprehensive agreements for Spanish scripted and unscripted content, leveraging deep understanding of industry regulations and intellectual property rights•Collaborate across creative, production, and legal teams to develop strategic deal frameworks•Provide nuanced counsel to senior executives on complex contractual matters•Analyze and mitigate potential risks in content development negotiations•Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholdersBASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Legal professional with substantial entertainment industry experience- Demonstrated expertise in negotiating complex commercial agreements- Comprehensive understanding of media production legal frameworks- Proven track record in entertainment deal structuringPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Spanish Legal Qualification
