San Fernando, PHPosition OverviewMCI is one of the fastest-growing tech-enabled business services companies in the USA, with a strong call center footprint and operations that extend across multiple countries.We deliver Customer Experience (CX), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Anything-as-a-Service (XaaS) cloud technology solutions across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, retail, government, education, telecom, technology e-commerce, and financial services.Our contact centers are powered by both on-site and remote agents, leveraging advanced technologies to enhance customer journeys, drive scalability and reduce costs.At MCI we are committed to fostering an environment where professionals can build meaningful careers, access continuous learning and development opportunities and contribute to the success of a globally expanding, industry-leading organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.Lead, mentor, and manage the TA team, fostering a high-performance culture.Drive innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent across all levels and functions.Collaborate with business leaders to forecast talent needs and create workforce plans.Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from application through onboarding.Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to continuously improve processes.Manage employer branding initiatives to position MCI as an employer of choice.Partner with HR and leadership to align TA strategy with organizational goals.Oversee compliance with local labor laws and global recruitment standards.Candidate QualificationsWONDER IF YOU ARE A GOOD FIT FOR THIS POSITION?Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.Master’s degree or relevant HR/Talent Management certification is highly preferred.Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a senior/leadership role.Experience managing recruitment at a director-level scope, including strategy, team leadership, and budget management.Deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices, labor market trends, and employer branding.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.Proven ability to implement scalable processes and drive recruitment KPIs in a fast-paced environment.Conditions of EmploymentAll MCI LocationsMust be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.Subject to the program and location of the position.Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
