This role is in the Immigration Department, reporting to the Head of Immigration Spain and supporting other areas of Lexidy. You will also handle international mobility-related cases. As a multifaceted team, our experts respond to multiple types of questions. Be an integral part of the legal team, optimizing immigration processes and enhancing the client experience through innovative solutions and personalized support. Foster collaboration and efficiency while contributing to a positive work environment focused on continuous improvement and exceptional client care.Main ResponsibilitiesGrowth Department Target Reach: Actively contribute to achieving departmental growth targets by securing new clients and retaining existing ones.Service Delivery to Highest Standard: Provide high-quality legal services to clients, ensuring their immigration needs are met effectively and efficiently.Uphold professional standards and ethics in all client interactions and case handling.Customer Feedback Collection: Regularly gather feedback from clients regarding their experience with the firm\'s immigration services and use it to identify areas for improvement.Advising Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional legal services to existing clients based on their immigration needs and provide informed advice on additional services that may help achieve their goals.Content Generation and Points of View: Create engaging content such as blogs, articles, and videos on immigration topics and share expert insights to educate clients and the public.Process Optimization Feedback: Offer feedback to streamline operations and improve efficiency within the immigration department.Information Quality and Compliance: Ensure information provided to clients is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with laws and regulations; maintain meticulous records and documentation.Compliance with Local Legislation and Company Protocols: Stay informed about changes in immigration laws at the local level and adhere to company protocols and standards.Lead for Immigration Consultants/Trainees: Provide guidance and mentorship to trainees and support their professional development.Client Support: Handle low to medium-complexity immigration cases, including preparing filings, communicating with authorities, and providing legal advice.Sales and Lead Management: Respond to first inquiries, convert leads into clients, and conduct general follow-ups with leads and clients.RequirementsDegree in Spanish Law.At least 2 years of experience with Immigration Law.Experience with citizenship procedures is valued.Experience dealing with Immigration offices in Spain, Unidad de Grandes Empresas, and Spanish Consulates; familiarity with platforms to submit digital applications.Fluent in English and Spanish (C1/C2).
