Necesitamos que tengas entre 8-10 años de experiencia en el sector de Eventos y MICE . Para nosotros es muy importante que seas usuario del software Amadeus y que domines el inglés a un nivel, como mínimo, B2 . ¿Cuáles serán tus funciones? Trato directo con el cliente. Elaboración de presupuestos y gestión de costes. Selección y contratación de proveedores. Coordinación antes, durante y después de cada evento. Gestión de alojamiento, traslados, venues… Coordinar la creación de materiales de marketing y elementos de comunicación. Identificar imprevistos y posibles problemas o contratiempos que puedan surgir en cada evento. Recopilar y analizar toda la información post-evento. #J-18808-Ljbffr
