You'll play a key role in shaping the future of cross-border finance, while advancing your own career in a dynamic, high-growth industry.Regulatory Compliance Manager Department: Regulatory Compliance Reports to: Group Compliance Director Ebury Malaga Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week Role Purpose The Regulatory Compliance Manager is a key leadership role within the second line of defense (2LoD). Reporting directly to the Group Compliance Director, you will drive regulatory initiatives and ensure the organization remains compliant within a fast-paced, agile environment. You will balance technical advisory, policy development, and the oversight of a robust global monitoring framework while managing a team of Compliance Analysts. Key Responsibilities 1. Regulatory Advisory & Policy Development Technical Guidance: Provide expert advice on complex business queries including licensing, product compliance, and conduct risk within current operations. Specialist Oversight: Lead second-line advisory for Client Asset Protection and Safeguarding to ensure the security of client funds. Policy Architecture: Drive the drafting, reviewing, and development of regulatory policies. Ensure the implementation of internal controls based on applicable local and international regulations. Advisory Controls: Manage compliance advisory for internal controls, including Complaints, Breaches, Conflicts of Interest, and Personal
