Overview Makelaar Spanje (ZZP) – focus op bezichtigingen & aankopen Regio: Costa Blanca / Costa Cálida Ben je een ambitieuze makelaar die de volgende stap in zijn carrière wil maken, financieel een serieuze stap vooruit wil zetten, voor zichzelf wil beginnen binnen een bewezen model dat meerdere aankopen per maand mogelijk maakt, en tegelijk samenwerkt met een professioneel team om klantbegeleiding tot in detail te optimaliseren? Dan is dit het moment om even door te lezen. Werken zonder marketinggedoe Veel makelaars besteden een groot deel van hun tijd aan marketing, opvolging en gesprekken met mensen die nog niet klaar zijn om te kopen. Dat kost energie en zorgt voor versnippering. Wij hebben dat anders ingericht. Hoe wij werken Wij verzorgen de volledige marketing, kwalificatie en voorbereiding . Alles wordt vóór de bezichtiging geoptimaliseerd zodat een klant volledig koopklaar is. Klanten worden pas aan jou doorgezet als zij: actief op zoek zijn hun budget en woonwensen helder hebben weten wat er financieel en juridisch mogelijk is en expliciet willen bezichtigen Concreet betekent dit: Jij focust je op het voorgesprek, de bezichtiging en het aankooptraject, zonder marketingverantwoordelijkheid en geen ruis in het voortraject. Wat dit in de praktijk oplevert We werken al vier jaar data-gedreven. Daardoor weten we precies: hoeveel instroom nodig is voor bezichtigingen hoeveel bezichtigingen leiden tot een aankoop wat een realistisch resultaat is per makelaar Gemiddeld resultaat: circa 2 aankopen per maand topperformers closen gemiddeld 3 tot 4 aankopen per maand vrijwel uitsluitend nieuwbouw gemiddelde commissie per aankoop: €12.000 – €15.000 (voor jou als makelaar) Wat jij krijgt Constante stroom gekwalificeerde, koopklare Nederlandse klanten Geen marketingkosten 40% commissie , met doorgroei naar 50% Training, belscripts en duidelijke werkstructuur CRM en volledige sales-toolkit Wekelijkse coaching en inhoudelijk sparren Samenwerking met andere NL-makelaars Mogelijkheid om een franchise-onderneming te starten onder onze naam Wat jij doet Voorgesprekken via videocall Begeleiden van bezichtigingen Sales maken Begeleiden van het volledige aankoopproces CRM overzichtelijk bijhouden Meewerken aan content met ons team wanneer zij op locatie zijn Wie jij bent Je bent proactief Je werkt resultaatgericht Je bent leergierig Je functioneert goed in een team en zelfstandig Je denkt in oplossingen en kansen Je wilt meegroeien en ziet dit niet als een tijdelijke rol Wat we zoeken Je woont en werkt in Spanje Je hebt ervaring als makelaar Je wilt bouwen binnen een professioneel en schaalbaar model Je haalt voldoening uit begeleiden en closen Interesse?
