You will be responsible for setting the technical strategy, ensuring global support excellence, and driving the growth and development of the Sales Engineering team across the US, Europe, and APAC regions . Your mission As the Sales Engineer Lead , you will be a key player in our growth, partnering with the Sales team to drive successful deals by leveraging your deep product expertise. You will lead our team of Sales Engineers, who serve as trusted technical advisors, expertly guiding clients through complex conversations on attribution, measurement, and performance to maximize their success with Smadex. This is a hybrid role based in Barcelona. Your tasks and responsibilities Manage and mentor the distributed Sales Engineering team (US, EMEA, APAC), setting global standards for engagement and support processes. Act as the final point of technical escalation for complex client issues. Oversee the creation and deployment of technical resources (tools, tutorials, playbooks) to scale team efficiency and empower internal and external stakeholders globally. Align the Sales Engineering function with regional Sales/
