Esta es tu oferta de empleo En Neural Mentalia desarrollamos un proyecto centrado en el cuidado integral de la salud mental, ofreciendo servicios, estancias y programas adaptados a las necesidades específicas de cada persona y su entorno familiar. Contamos con un equipo multidisciplinar altamente especializado y un enfoque de trabajo orientado a que tanto el paciente como su familia salgan reforzados de la experiencia terapéutica. Buscamos cuidadores/as para incorporarse a nuestro equipo especializado en paciente con trastorno mental grave, que trabajen desde la escucha, la empatía y el enfoque basado en la evidencia, para acompañar a jóvenes y adultos en sus procesos de cambio y recuperación. ¿Qué te ofrecemos? Condiciones que valoran tu implicación y tu vocación: Contrato temporal por sustitución Pero estamos en pleno crecimiento Si conectamos, este puede ser solo el comienzo de un recorrido profesional juntos Jornada parcial en turnos rotativos. Salario según convenio Centro Mentalia Puerto Valencia Trabajar en equipo multidisciplinar Tus funciones serán: Supervisión, control y acompañamiento de los pacientes en las tareas diarias Aplicación de la normativa del funcionamiento. Prevenir e intervenir en situaciones de crisis. Participación en plan de tratamiento individual. Seguimiento de funcionamiento del paciente y registro en curso clínico. Acompañamiento a los pacientes en actividades individuales fuera del grupo terapéutico. REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS ¿Qué necesitas para unirte? Valorable formación en ámbito de la atención sanitaria. Experiencia que sume: Valoramos que tengas al menos 6 meses de experiencia en contextos similares. Clara orientación asistencial y de ayuda a los demás, con una fuerte inclinación por el trabajo con personas y siempre con un enfoque de empatía y calidad.
