Benefit from friends' rates in partner hotels and discounts in many NENI restaurants -Welcome to our Bikini world: opportunities for professional growth and development WHAT`S IN YOUR LUGGAGE? -At least 1 year of full-time experience in a similar position in four-star hotels -Experience working with standard operating procedures and updating them when necessary -Be able to demonstrate that you take initiative and supervise others -Plenty of experience in high volume, fast-paced work environments -Individuals must be flexible in their approach, adapt smoothly to last-minute changes, and remain high customer-focused -Excellent command of English -This position requires shift work and flexibility WHAT’S YOUR JOB ABOUT? -Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and quality standards -Lead, train, and supervise bartending staff during shifts -Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming bar atmosphere -Develop and update cocktail menus, including seasonal and signature drinks -Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and minimize waste -Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations -Handle cash, POS systems, and end-of-shift reports accurately -Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of the bar area -Resolve guest complaints professionally and efficiently -Collaborate with management to improve bar performance and profitability Do you want to become a Bikini ambassador?
