Job Purpose As Data Analyst (FP&A), you are responsible for supporting the operations in delivering high-quality financial reports on schedule. The role also involves observing and monitoring high standards of data quality and ensuring alignment between all key financial and analytics systems. Responsibilities Develop and design financial reports and dashboards from multiple sources and systems for operational and business needs. Maintain and distribute reports and analyses as per the agreed frequency. Develop reporting solutions and propose improvements to enhance report quality and consistency. Create and adopt best practices in reporting, analysis, and data integrity. Maintain good relationships with internal and external customers. Monitor master data accuracy and alignment across key financial and analytical systems in coordination with other departments (TDIT, TM1, etc.). Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required. Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience. Thorough knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint). Experience in data visualization and dashboard development. Knowledge of SAP, SAP BW, SAP Business Objects is an advantage. Ability to follow instructions and seek clarification when needed. Attention to detail with accuracy and efficiency. Ability to create and deliver formal presentations. Ability to work constructively under stress and deadlines. Clear communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Ability to build effective working relationships. Good command of English and local language.
