These will be hands‑on positions, offering exposure to complex systems, cutting‑edge automation technologies, and opportunities to influence the efficiency and reliability of mission‑critical facilities. Key Responsibilities Lead the configuration, integration, and commissioning of BMS systems across HVAC, electrical, energy monitoring, lighting, fire, and security systems. Develop and maintain system documentation including functional design specifications, point schedules, network diagrams, and technical submissions. Collaborate with project managers and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless interaction between mechanical, electrical, and control systems. Implement software and graphics for BMS platforms, ensuring accurate data acquisition and control logic. Carry out site surveys, system upgrades, and commissioning checks to ensure fully operational and optimised systems. Diagnose faults, validate data flows, and generate detailed commissioning and handover records. Support client teams in maintaining operational excellence and energy performance standards. Candidate Requirements Background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent). Proven experience designing, commissioning, and maintaining BMS/BEMS systems, ideally within data centre or mission‑critical facilities. Hands‑on experience with BMS platforms such as Tridium Niagara, Trend, Siemens PX, Distech, or equivalent. Proficient in communication protocols including BACnet, Modbus, KNX, or MQTT. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and energy systems integration. Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on‑site. Willingness to travel across Europe as required by client projects.
