Team Lead Procurement Governance, Operations & Service Management (m/f/d) About the Job As the Team Lead for Procurement Governance, Operations & Service Management, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with Allianz Technology's procurement standards, oversee the performance & compliance of operational procurement processes which is outsourced to an internal service provider, as well as manage the relationship with the internal customers Global Sourcing & Procurement is serving.. You will lead a small team to develop and implement governance frameworks, optimize procurement operations, and manage service delivery. What you do Define and manage Allianz Technology’s procurement policy framework in alignment with applicable AZ Group standards Lead the development and implementation of procurement governance frameworks to ensure compliance with Allianz Technology's standards and policies. Monitor adherence to procurement policies and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Oversee operational procurement activities (compliance & performance) which are outsourced to an internal shared service provider, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in processes and service delivery. Oversee operational procurement that is internally outsourced, with a focus on compliance, efficiency and effectiveness. Financially control service contracts that the central procurement team has with its internal customers to manage Global Sourcing & Procurement balance sheet as internal service provider Manage the budget of Global Sourcing & Procurement in AZ Technology Provide leadership and guidance to a small team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement What you bring Proven experience in procurement governance, operations, and service management within a large organization. Strong understanding of procurement processes, policies, and compliance standards. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and foster a culture of excellence. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, experience in Procurement is a plus Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
