SGS is running a multi-year global ERP transformation program replacing numerous legacy tools with a unified Oracle Fusion Cloud platform across 100 countries. This is one of SGSs most strategic programs and offers a rare opportunity to work on a global template covering multiple regions and complex finance processes.We are expanding our Record-to-Report (R2R) team and seeking an Oracle-savvy Business Analyst who will act as a key functional expert across GL Fixed Assets Cash Management and Subledger Accounting.You will work closely with Global Process Owners finance stakeholders and our implementation partners to shape design decisions drive standardization and support large-scale deployments.ResponsibilitiesAct as a functional expert for Oracle Fusion R2R modules (GL Fixed Assets Cash Management SLA).Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment with the global R2R template.Run workshops process walkthroughs and fit-gap analyses with SMEs and implementation partners.Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and design documentation.Support solution design configuration review data migration preparation and integration validations.Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing across multiple regions.Support global rollout activities hypercare and continuous improvements.Partner with Group Control and Finance leaders to ensure accurate financial processes and reporting.Work closely with Oracle SI partners and internal tech teams to ensure scalable standardized solutions.QualificationsHands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (GL Fixed Assets Cash Management SLA).Participation in at least 3 Oracle ERP implementations.Strong understanding of R2R processes and finance controls.Experience with business analysis tools & techniques (process flows user stories requirements gathering).Excellent communication skills in English; ability to collaborate in a global multi-time-zone environment.Nice to HaveExperience with Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS Planning) or Hyperion.Knowledge of
