Sales Executive (Fragrance & Beauty) – CHANELWe are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a skilled Sales Executive for our Fragrance and Beauty Division to join our team.LocationGran Canaria or Tenerife, Spain (travel within assigned region)Your role at CHANELBased in Gran Canaria or Tenerife, you contribute to the overall performance of the CHANEL Fragrance and Beauty Division.ResponsibilitiesAchieve sales targets for the assigned area, both overall and per retailer.Manage orders, new product launches, and point of sale materials, ensuring proper product displays and stock levels.Review sales data and send regular reports to the Area Manager, suggesting ways to improve performance.Carry out and monitor sales and marketing strategies to increase sales.Identify and explore new business opportunities with retailers.Build and maintain long‑term relationships with retailers.Provide ongoing advice and support to points of sale, ensuring CHANEL products are well‑displayed and customer needs are met.Train retailers and sales teams on new products.Ensure points of sale follow brand guidelines and deliver quality service.Ensure product displays, visual merchandising, and promotional materials are correctly executed at stores.Visit stores regularly to check displays, stock levels, and use of testers.Collaborate in planning and execution of promotional events at stores.Report regularly to the Area Manager on sales results, initiatives, and changes in the market or competition.Keep communication open with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, training.QualificationsPrevious solid experience in sales roles, preferably in luxury, beauty, or fragrance industries.Ability to work autonomously with a results‑oriented approach.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Understanding of the luxury market and fragrance industry is a plus.Strong commitment to ethics, customer service, and satisfaction.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Reliable team player.Ability to multitask and flex between projects.Proficiency using technology and willingness to learn new systems.Based in Gran Canaria or Tenerife with availability to travel within the area.Fluent in English and Spanish; French is a plus.What you can bring to the teamStrong communication skills, resilience, and teamwork.Customer orientation – ability to understand and meet client needs.Commercial skills – data management, performance analysis, recommendations.Leadership at points of sale – inspire and motivate sales teams.Adaptability – adjust to fast‑changing markets and new trends.Benefits and OfferOpportunity to work with a globally well‑known luxury brand.Diverse and dynamic team in a unique workplace.Continuous training and skill development by CHANEL's in‑house trainers.Competitive salary and benefits.Inclusion StatementAt CHANEL, we are focused on creating an inclusive culture that nurtures personal growth, contributing to collective progress.
