We offer foundation, bachelor’s, master’s, MBA, DBA and further education programs which focus on business administration. We are looking for a new Admissions Counsellor to join our growing young, dynamic, multicultural team in the Barcelona campus. Providing personalised counselling to prospective students and relatives through phone calls, emails and face to face meetings. CRM management data entry. Coordination and participation in the on campus and off campus events that enhance EU brand. KPI´s fulfilment and control to achieve maximum efficiency in managing the portfolio of applications and succeed in achieving the performance goals. Provide feedback to the online marketing acquisition team. Passion for sales and customer orientation with strong planning, analytic, and people reading skills to join our team. Valid working permit and immediate availability. At least 2 years of relevant experience in Sales or in a similar position. Native or advanced (C1) level of English (written and spoken). Minimum of bachelor’s degree. Previous experience working with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics). Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
