ESL continues to work as an independent agency within the KLG group.Job DescriptionYour mission will be to develop the sales of education programs for clients residing in Spain by means of written price quotes, phone calls and personalised interviews.Main TasksAdvising clients and selling personalized language stays (mainly via telephone, email or in person)Analyzing and addressing clients’ demands, depending on their needsProviding clients with written quotes in person, via telephone or via emailEnsuring regular follow-up with clients (via telephone, via email)Professional SkillsYou possess interpersonal and communication skillsYou are able to work in an autonomous and organized manner, with a high sense of responsibilityYou are a Spanish C2 speaker and have a very good level of English (at least level B2), any other language is a bonusPersonal SkillsYou have a smart appearanceYou are available and flexible, with a good team spiritYou possess a good knowledge of geographyYou have experience and a taste for travellingPreferredPrevious experience in a sales position, ideally in a travel agencyWhat We Offer YouThe opportunity to develop your skills in an international environment, in the exciting field of language travelA dynamic work atmosphereAn environment where corporate ethics and sustainable development matterLanguage courses abroad for freePrivate medical insurance discountCompetitive salaryTicket restaurantPlace of work: MadridStart date: 01/10/2025Type of contract: PermanentActivity rate: Full-timeIf you fit the profile and are interested in this position, please send us your application file in English (résumé) along with a cover letter.
