In 2022, EU Business School joined forces with OMNES Education Group.ABOUT THE JOBEU Business school is looking for interns in its office based in Barcelona. Your main responsibilities will include:Scheduling regular meetings with students and providing personalized advice.Communicating with students proactively and effectively through the students’ preferred method of communication.Assisting students in establishing realistic and attainable academic goals.Monitoring students’ academic progress; analysing progress reports; determining eligibility and satisfactory progress towards their degree; identifying current and potential needs or problem areas.Identifying students at-risk of academic failure, and developing and implementing strategies to include success plans and referral to appropriate resources.Maintaining student files and records; documents and all pertinent student information regarding changes to student status.Interpreting and explaining institution policies and procedures; participating in preparation of orientations and presenting academic information to new students during orientation.Provide counselling for students working with difficult courses or life challenges that may interrupt degree completion.Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.Managing calendars and schedules.Collaborating on projects to help the campus growth.ABOUT YOUYou’ll need to enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, demonstrating the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
